The billboards have an extra 4-6" of material along all edges known as pipe sleeves/pocket edges that are not counted in the size of the vinyl. The edges of each billboard will likely have rips or tears since they were secured previously by this portion of the material. These edges will not affect the body of the tarp and are not considered damaged tarps.
